Formalities of applying The People's Republic of China Employment Permit For Foreigner Seeking Employment in Guangzhou��China

 The foreign employee, should go through the formalities of residence registration�� Registration form of temporary residence for visitors�� in local public security authorities��physical examination or verification certificate��For physical examination record for foreigner�� in Health Care Center Of Guangdong International Travel��Add��207th, Longkou Xi Lu, Tel��87537322��for ��physical examination record for alien�� or�� verification certificate �� after entering China with Employment Visa��Z��, then present the following documents to Guangzhou Municipal labour and Social Security Bureau to apply for Alien Employment Permit��and the alien who have obtained the Employment Permit should present the Employment Permit and the relevant documents to the Guangzhou public security authorities to apply for Alien Residence Permit within 30 days after entering China.

The following documents should be submitted to Guangzhou Municipal Labour and Social Security Bureau for application of Alien Employment Permit��

    ��1��Application For Recruiting Foreign Worker In China��upon approval by Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau����

    ��2��Copy of business license or register certificate and organization code certificate

    ��3��Copy of foreigner's passport and update employment visa��Z��;

    ��4����Employment registration of foreigners in China��(attached by two pieces of passport size photos);

    ��5��Original labor contract��Chinese version��signed by both parties or letter of appointment��

    ��6��Physical examination record for alien or Certificate of verification��For physical examination record for foreigner��;

    ��7��Copy of ��Registration form of temporary residence for visitors��;

    ��8��The curriculum vitae of the foreigner , copies of the educational diploma and the vocational credentials of the foreigner required for the performance of the job.( Chinese translation of the documents mentioned is required as attachment, the notarial certificate in Chinese or English of vocational qualification for the performance of the special job is also required)��

    ��9��Employment License ��Personnel refereed to chief representatives and representative of the permanent offices of foreign enterprises in China, exempted from the Employment License.)

    Attention:

    The documents had been submitted before to Guangzhou Municipal Labour and Social Security Bureau for obtaining the Alien Employment License is not required.

 The employer shall take the Application Form and the documents as mentioned to the municipality labour administrative authorities for examination and clearance. It is unacceptable for not according with the application list as mentioned, which we will issue the notice for supplement immediately or within 5 working days if necessary and all of papers will be returned, the application will be official accepted till receiving all of papers as required

    The labour administration authorities should take into consideration of the opinions of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and the demand and supply of labour market and employment situation in Guangzhou, then issue the Employment Permit to the employer after examination and clearance. It is prohibited from employing foreigners for violating the relevant employment administration regulations stipulated by states.
